I'm Paying with a Money Order, How Long Will You Hold an Item?
We appreciate money order sales. We will remove the item/s purchased from our store for a period of 2 weeks. We feel this is ample time for a money order to be purchased and mailed to us. If we have not received payment on a money order purchase within the 2 week grace period, we will relist the item/s for sale. If we receive your payment after we relist, and the product/s are still available, we will, of course, promptly mail out your order to you. If however, the products have already been sold and paid for, we will return your money order to you and notify you through email.

Do You Accept Offers on Items?
All of our vintage collectibles are priced below book value. However, if you want to submit via email a serious offer for any item, we will consider it and let you know our decision. We want these items sold.

How Are Shipping Costs Figured?
Shipping is actually figured at the end of a sale, complete to include combined shipping charges and insurance. What's listed in the description of each item, is a rough estimate of the actual cost. If, when your done shopping with us, shipping is lower, you will be charged actual cost; if however, shipping comes out to be higher than estimated, you will be charged only the amount shown in the item's description.

How Long Until I Receive My Order?
We will mail your order out within 3 days of your invoice being paid in full. We always use Post Office Delivery Confirmation mailing and will provide you with the mailing information when the label for your package is created so you're able to track your order.

Can I Return An Item?
Yes. Returns of new items are accepted IF you contact us within 24 hours of receipt (from date Delivery Confirmation is made) to let us know what is wrong with your order. Many of our items are new, but we also sell vintage gifts and collectibles; we fully disclose any and all imperfections on pieces we list for sale, so we do not accept returns on used or vintage/antique pieces.

Where Do the Items Sold Come From?
Our new items we list may have come from one of our suppliers that we have wholesale purchasing agreements with. Some, when proceeds go to animal care facilities, are donated from individuals and businesses who want to support those wonderful causes.
We also have a wide circle of crafting friends and family members who enjoy time spent creating and feature those items as well.
Our silicone molds are hand-poured or hand-brushed upon order. Pouring or brushing at time of order makes sure your molds will come to you fresh and free of any storage 'wear and tear'.
Used items come from various places: estate sales, garage sales, family members' and friends' attics, etc.

Do You Guarantee Your Used/Vintage Items?
We will list all wear and tear, defects, breaks, repairs on each item we list. We are honest with you in our descriptions of items because we want happy customers that trust us as quality business people.
Since many of our items are purchased at estate and garage sales, we can not guarantee they come from a smoke-free environment.
We have a home-filled with loving animal companions, so all of our products have been exposed to animals. We will take every precaution NOT to include any animal hair in your order, however, we can not guarantee it. Please be aware for those who suffer severe allergies.
